I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, coming in for multiple cleanings and fillings. Recently, I needed emergency dental care, but Marina denied my request.Trying to push me to book with the dentist's son who isn’t as experienced instead of my longtime dentist. I was looking for a new dentist after mine retired and I am so happy I found Norwood Dental Care. They are a great team of friendly, caring professionals and I recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.
I have a phobia when it comes to going to dentist .Front desk employees very helpful welcoming and professional .Dr John was very gentle professional. and explained exactly what he was going to do .I highly recommend this practice
A fantastic dental practice! Dr Michaels is wonderful gentle dentist - you don’t feel a thing! And his staff and hygienists are among the best! I felt so scared before my first appointment because it had been years since I had seen a dentist but the office was so kind and understanding. No guilt or shame. I love them so much I still go see them - even after moving 20 minutes away. I highly recommend, if you need a dental practice with top notch staff and flexible scheduling, definitely give them a call!
We have used Dr. Michaels since we moved to MA eighteen years ago. He and his son provide excellent care and the office staff is wonderful.
