Honestly didn’t seemed liked she cared much about your problems. didn’t want to run tests. addressed my debilitating periods to “everyone your age has bad periods” and “eat less sweet and salty foods” or “get back on birth control” bedside manner sucked tbh. looked like you were bothering her with being there and was very dismissive. left crying after one appointment because of feeling that i wasn’t cared about.

I have been a patient for many years only because I like the nurse practitioner. Dr Crayes seems to lead by her own emotional feelings than her medical knowledge. She is combative and does not show compassion. Finally got an appointment to change physicians!

My experience with Dr. has been excellent. Unlike some others I had seen Dr stress on preventative care and physical well being rather than medicines. He never asks for too many tests or too frequent tests as long as the lab results from your annual checkups are in order.

If you want someone that will not listen to you or check your history and have possibly the worst bedside manner, then she’s your doctor. By the time I left from my appointment, I felt humiliated, belittled and defeated. She tells you one thing one time and then the next time tells you something completely opposite. Does not ask what you think rather tells you what her personal belief is. They ask you if you have any issues that you’d like to address and when you do, they don’t listen, nor do they address them. Condescending, rude, talked over my answers after asking me questions, questioned why I was even prescribed an epi pen and never asked about the times I needed to use it after a reaction, told me I likely had rosacea without taking a full history of my triggers, seemed to be enjoying making me uncomfortable with his “gotcha” questioning. This review is culmination of multiple appointments over many years. TOO long to be be with health provider who appears to lack medical concerns of patient. No insight regarding my past while disregarding recommendations from specialists she referred me to.
