Professional, courteous, kind, and helpful!
Doctor Hester knows his stuff, I’ve been impressed by how willing he is to listen to my complaint(s) but, at the same time, pretty much knows what’s going on just by watching me walk across the room. He has an easy manner and explains diagnoses and plans clearly.
Dr. Hester was exemplary. He addressed both of my foot issues comprehensively and gave me great care. I would highly recommend Dr. Hester and the entire staff at Boston Orthopedic & Spine. I had custom orthotics made the day of my appointment by an experienced orthotics technician that have given me instant pain relief. I appreciated the advice and options for surgery I was given, the doctor’s candor was refreshing.
Dr. Hester efficiently, but sympathetically, laid out the possible future paths for my tendonopathy. He answered my questions and laid out a plan that we were both satisfied with. I cannot imagine receiving a better interaction with anyone else.
Dr Hester is a great diagnostitian with great communication skills: direct, clear, pleasant and great with questions. This was my second injury for him and both times were excellent. He had also refreshed on my prior injury just in case there was overlap.
