I have had the pleasure of working with Bell Realty since 2006. I have had absolutely zero issues with them. Rhonda, Edith, Molly, Ajay, Alex B, Mimi, ect have been truly wonderful. They have worked with me and I worked with them to make sure my rent was paid each month. As long as you make them aware of issues they will help you. They are prompt with repairs. Staff is great.
I've been renting from John T Bell Realty for about 3 yrs now. I've only had a few minor issues but every time I call, they are very respectful and responsive to the issue. Rhonda, the property manager, is extremely upbeat and helpful. I really enjoy her positive personality. Great place to rent from.
