This rental place is quite literally the worst I have ever dealt with, especially the property manager Rhonda. I’ve lived at my property for over 6 years, never broke any of my lease terms. I’ve been dealing with mildew/mold issues for awhile now. I immediately addressed the issues and sent photos and they hired someone to “fix” the issue. I have had the pleasure of working with Bell Realty since 2006. I have had absolutely zero issues with them. Rhonda, Edith, Molly, Ajay, Alex B, Mimi, ect have been truly wonderful. They have worked with me and I worked with them to make sure my rent was paid each month. As long as you make them aware of issues they will help you.
