Terrible experience with this doctor. Dr. Sun barged into the room with no introduction and stood against the wall with his arms folded as we talked. He was not interested in asking questions or understanding my history but was quick to share opinions in domains not of his expertise. Disturbingly, his lab coat looked dirty and he came into my exam room already wearing gloves. Loomed over me while asking why I was at the office. Performed a nasal endoscopy on me with no numbing at all. First experience so didn’t know to ask.Made me feel like I was a waste of his time. Thankful all was fine we me.
It took just a minute or two for the doctor to examine my nose. Despite the brevity of the appointment, I was surprised to find that his office charged me a considerable amount. Due to this experience, I have decided not to seek his services or visit his office in the future.
Doctor barely examined my daughter. Never spoke to her directly. Office has held up paperwork for months despite multiple calls from me and the audiologist, asking for a signature on what they’ve already approved. I wish we’d never gone here.
Very cold and unfriendly doctor. I went in because my ears have been popping for 10 months, told me there's nothing he could do and dismissed me with a very expensive prescription for nasal spray. Not caring, not even helpful. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor!
Dr. Paul Sun has been wonderful and excellent physician/surgeon. I had a malignant tumor of the neck, that Dr. Sun biopsied and removed. He is VERY compassionate and benevolent. Dr. Sun is an outstanding surgeon and I am extremely pleased with the results of the surgery. He removed the tumor so skillfully that the cosmetic outcome was fantastic and I have no lingering effects. I highly recommend him to everyone that needs an awesome doctor, so blessings to Dr. Paul Sun.
Zero stars. Spent 4 minutes with us. Wrote an RX for Flonase which I can buy OTC. School nurse did more for him bc at least she took his temperature! He has been in PAIN with inner ear issues and dizziness for 2 weeks and this guy was in a hurry, not friendly, did not ask but 2-3 questions, had no nurse or MA to intake. He was an absolute WASTE of TIME. Called CHOC and seeing another qualified specialists that knows their job tomorrow. $175 for 4 minutes and a worthless RX for nose spray
