Excellent company from the leasing application to the move in and maintenance.
Absolutely terrible. I have no idea how this man is still in business, and wish I had done more checking before hiring him to manage my property. He did everything wrong possible- giving estimates for painting work from the actual house, then coming back at double the price after the work was done because "the trim was taller than standard" or "the ceilings were higher than I thought"- shady business practice.
