Very pleasant experience all around. They must have replaced the people at the front desk because I found everything satisfactory.
Dr. Storment and his staff is amazing!! I've been through 3 IUI's and now IVF. He gives me the facts but also gives me hope. He is a great person. His staff always answers all my questions and i never feel rushed. I have infertility and he has given me my miracle. One of the most amazing doctors anywhere, i guarantee it. He is very knowledgeable about everything he does and is rated nationally, you won't find a better doctor.
Dr. Storment and his staff are amazing. We were greeted immediately with smiling faces and seen by the doctor in a timely manner. Dr. Storment took his time explaining our options and answering our questions. We were also able to have our labs done at his office on the same day. Overall a great experience with a wonderful physician and staff!
His staff are so unprofessional they are ready to take the money but don't even want to give you a receipt I had to ask for my receipt after I was charged a outrageous fee for him telling me what I already knew he. I asked him a question and he lied about the answer . He lied because he works in that area but I know he lied.. If you are gonna help my dream come true at least be honest with me because for one I don't like liars.
The nurse who does the blood work for patient are not very professional and bruise my wife's arm badly. She refuses to use butterfly needle to draw blood from my wife's arm. Not nice at all!
Amazing! Funny, laid back and encouraging. Would name the child he is helping me have after him if Storment was more common.
I will have to say the post before mine must have went on a good day...I went in the office and was asked my name handed a clip board and watched a window slide closed in my face...I did not think the front desk was very helpful or sweet at all...I loved Dr. Storments nurses...The woman that explained to us the cost and options was bland as oatmeal...but she did her job I guess...I am wondering if the person in check out passed math in school...over all it was ok but no not the best office exp. Dr. Storment and his staff are absolutely what I would call "good people." They explain when needed, call to check up on you, don't pressure you for unnecessary tests, and have a strong background in IVF. I drive 2.5 hours one way to each appointment and believe me, it is worth it.
I agree with everyone's comments on this doctor. Although my NUMEROUS treatments failed to produce pregnancy, he tried his best to help us. A very caring and compassionate doctor.
