Wow - just called with an enquiry and the woman who answered the phone was so incredibly rude. Like beyond belief. Recommend avoiding on this basis - despite John Stone being highly respected in the industry. Sorry you're "SO BUSY". You won't be for long if you treat potential customers this way.

I have brought a number of antique rings to John over the years and he is honest, diligent and very fair in his pricing. He approaches jewelry repair with a minimalist style and aims to leave the charm and patina on the rings which is amazing. Be prepared for a wait as he is always joyfully busy but you won't be disappointed with the result.
