My house sold 3 days after it was listed by John and closed 5 days earlier than predicted. He is a great guy to work with. He constantly kept me up to date on all transactions and gave good advice. He was always available, to answer questions, by phone or e-mail. I sometimes made it difficult for him by not being available, but he was understanding and patient. I would highly recommend him if you plan on listing. I have dealt with over 20 realtors and I can assure you there are none better.
John is one of the most knowledgeable realtors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. His expertise of the Las Vegas/Henderson markets was very helpful in our setting of the fair price for our home which resulted in a expedited sale. John Stevenson did a GREAT job. Would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in Vegas / Henderson. He gave us a lot of information up front and followed thru until the house was SOLD. Always kept us up to date with any new information and always responded to our questions. I have known John his entire life, because I am his Mother. This may be somewhat biased article, but it will be truthful. John has demonstrated endurance, goal setting,a positive outlook and stamina from his youth.One experience I remember in particular was when he was 10 years old.
