I went in to have a crown replaced. The whole crew and staff are very nice and professional. Instead of replacing the crown john pulled 3 teeth. I went back later to have stitches removed. I asked for my gold crown (worth app $50) .I was told it was thrown in a recycle box and they couldn't tell which one was mine. Shame on you John for stealing from us old people. $2834 for less than 2hrs then you steal my gold crown. Shame, shame on you. Mexico next time
If this office had been in my insurance network, I would have been happy to get a full exam. Dr. Adams is no longer here. Savanna was so helpful in explaining network insurance issues to me in a way I could understand, which is not an easy task! I never felt rushed and even after I decided not to stay, they were still very kind to me, and Lamae even offered a bottle of water.
