Acted very nice at first but it was fake. He does not defend his patients and plays along with insurance games. All the nurses and other staff were amazing! But I would ask for a different Dr. because he will not be good to you in the end.
A family member had open heart surgery last month. We were all quite pleased with the treatment, the doctors and the rest of the staff. I would like to give a special shout out to the valet, Tanya! She took care of our car every day for over two weeks and remembered us the second day we went. She was so very nice and worked so hard! She handled the entire area efficiently, making sure people didn’t block the entrance to the building, and making sure everyone was taken care of quickly. The Office needs to have better signage. We were told it was in the Pinegrove Building then walked to Admitting and back. Better directions from the staff is required. St Phlebotomist was rude and would not listen to my husband, or I, a nurse, on how and where to draw his blood. Rhonda did it on the first draw. So far we prefer the staff at the Coeur d'Alene office staff better
Hopefully this review will help a future patient, I wish i had looked at his reviews before I saw DR DO NOTHING. The worst experience with a physician in my 63 years, This guy was more concerned about the DR in his name than taking care of a patient. At best he should be at the homeless shelter changing bed pans. He was more concerned about padding his hours and Kootenai Medical Centers pockets. Thankyou for fixing me, I was sinking and your hand pulled me out, you are kind and much appreciated, I'm in a better place now because you helped me through troubled times, grief from my son suicide and depression, anger , guilt you name it I had it, you saved my life, it was a pleasure knowing you, thankyou for everything, your the best Dr of all time, I miss you, be safe and happy, have a good one, Kelley Roberts smiles again👍❤️
Dr Wallace has a TERRIFIC bedside manner. He takes time to listen to his patients concerns. He's polite, genuine and always treats his patience with respect.
