He is just wonderful.
A year ago I broke both bones at my ankle. Dr Songer was my surgeon. He came into my room, introduced himself, explained the whole procedure and was very kind concerned and professional. But mostly he made me feel comfortable and confident in him. His bedside manner was great. Follow up appointments were thorough .. and then sadly he retired He reminded me of my grandfather who was an orthopedist - kind and caring I give him 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dr. Songer reattached my bicep in (I believe) Dec of '22. He did an awesome job. My arm is back to 95%+ of pre-surgery. I lost a small amount of rotation. The scar is almost non-existent. Thank you Dr. Songer! (p.s. Do the p.t.!)
Very good doctor. Great bedside manner and very thorough. The reception staff are a bit stoic and lethargic, but once you get passed them it is a very well oiled machine back there. Very professional.
My Mom had a full knee replacement through this office. The surgery went great. However, after the surgery is where they went downhill, including my mom running the risk of blood clots due to not having what she needed for healing. The recovery part after the surgery has been very unprofessional, and even calling the office as her concerned family member, they were rude and didn't want to help at all.
