They take down honest reviews, so you won't be aware to what is going on in this building this is the 3rd time for me reviewing this place. 1. All Alicia (manager) cares about is the money she can get from you. 2. Homeless people sleep in the building and at the door 3. You find needles on the ground 4. The manager Alicia is rude all she cares about is how much money she can collect in rent and fees. We use to have free park which is in the back of the building in a alley. Now she calls it surface parking and charges $60.00 She charges for your own storage which has your apartment number that is figured with your rent an extra $10.00. Now she want you to pay for, get this water, trash sewer, lights in the commons area she claims that management and vendor will pay 10% of of the water bill and tenants will pay 90%, so manage... read more
Yard drawers of the building immaculate well-maintained the inside is not as much And the company they use for their washers and dryer’s are completely worthless and now that your caretaker quit it’s been trying time for everyone to live there
