John and his team are very honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and hard working. John has extensive knowledge about the local real estate market. John is very friendly and personable and took the time to get to know our family. He helped us sell our old home quickly and find the new home that was perfect for us. We were able to use his free moving truck for almost a week and that was a huge added benefit! John was recommended to us by others and we highly recommend him too.

This was the best experience I had – Let me start by saying I used land transfer as title company and John smith as my buying agent and that man had to work his butt off, you guys point fingers at him as if he is a bad guy let me tell you what happen with me buying a home from him 1 this man gave me the keys to the home during the storm of lee and the flooding that followed so I could make sure there was no water in my new home also the owner lived two hrs away and was fine with me doing that 2 this man that you all say is d... read more

Never do business with this man - dishonest – If I could give this man and his business one star, I would! Also, do a search on ripoffreport too. John is not a good man. He's interested in one thing - money. Not what is best for his client. He starts out real nice and talks about how honest he is but, if our experience is any measure, we'll never deal with him again! Stay away.
