We received okay care and everyone is nice. We had several billing issues where they did not submit to insurance. It did finally get fixed but was frustrating to have to call each time. Also they want one appoint to make a dental plan and then make you come in again to get your teeth cleaned. This is very inconvenient. They seem to have staffing issues and have limited appointments so the wait time is over a month.
This was not the dental office for me. Staff was friendly, but the X-Rays really hurt my mouth here. I was also told some concerning things about my teeth and the treatment plan was really expensive! I went to a different dentist and found out that I didn't need these pricey treatments. I really wanted to like this place since I live close by, but it just wasn't a fit.
Dentist Michele Brown did an awesome job. 2 teeth to be extracted, 2 office visits and final extraction of the 2 teeth completed in about 30 min. total. She smiled and didn’t get discouraged by my range of emotions. I will be back. Thank you, Midwest Team
After being a patient here for about two years I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Midwest Dental. At my most recent visit Dr. Brown caught that I needed to pay more attention to gum health and she took extra time to teach me new habits and how to assess my gums beyond just if they bleed or not. Before going here, make sure to call your insurance company to confirm this dentist is in-network. Before I made the appointment, a receptionist told me over the phone that I was in-network. After the appointment, a receptionist told me I wasn't in-network. I also heard the receptionists talking about their "quotas" while I was filling out my paperwork.
