Dr. Cole operated on my lower back for 6 and a half hours giving me not only relief of pain but also relieving me of numbness in my right leg and foot. He and his team gave exceptional care throughout my hospital stay.
My husband and I had a consultation with Dr. Cole IV after MRI results revealed where my husband's pain issues are stemming from. First, I want to say kudos to the sweet nurse that we interacted with prior to seeing Dr. Cole IV. She is full of compassion and expertise! Great personality! Dr. Cole removed my brain tumor in 2015. It was the size of a golf ball. He was professional and a really exceptional person. He made me laugh, answered my questions and made my husband and I comfortable with the procedure. I would welcome his care again if needed. I am honored to say he removed my brain tumor.
I have had a serious L4 L5 back issue, mainly spondylolisthesis in that area for over a decade and have wanted to avoid a spinal fusion based on horror stories I have read about and heard of from others who had a fusion and considered it to be the worse thing they had ever done.. Absolutely phenomenal doctor and outstanding bedside manner! Personable, straightforward, explained procedure throughly and listened to every concern we had. Dr.Cole was prompt after my husband's surgery to ensure my peace of mind of how his surgery went. He was very easy to talk to and we had a very complicated case to take care of. He never made me feel rushed or as if any of my questions were unintelligent at all. I would have no hesitation in recommending this neurosurgeon for anyone at all seeking good, educated approache to handling very serious situations.
Dr Cole was wonderful with my wife. She had a 6/7 neck fusion. Her pain was eliminated, her strength returned, and she now lives a full healthy life.
I was a patient of Dr Cole's and he performed a neck fusion. My appts were changed without giving me proper notice...my surgery was reschld without proper notice...i had someone ready to take me but at the last minute it was reschld and my husband (who is self employed) had to take off work. My follow up appt was reschld from 1 wk after surgery to 2 wks after surgery without proper notice. I was mixed up with another pt and didn't get my meds til 3 wks out. Now it has to be redone by a new dr!
Highly impressed and very satisfied with the way he explained everything to me. Respected the way he talked to me like he knew me instead of just a patient. And aftercare was exceptional!
