Excellent interaction with Dr Shieds!
MD Shields is a great surgeon. I had my right knee replaced 2 years ago and now my left one needs to be replaced this year. I went back to him again for this knee. After my right knee was done and healed you would never know it wasn't my knee. And with him not using staples my scar is less noticeable.
On my initial visit Dr. Shields was great. I have to have three extensive surgeries on my knees. He explained what the steps will be in excellent detail so I know exactly what to expect. I feel very comfortable with him as my surgeon. AAA+++
