Shep did an outstanding job helping us sell our home. (He also helped us purchase it in 2016). His knowledge of the area is incredible and that surely aids in a quality listing. His attention to detail is amazing. There were times I thought he knew our home better than we did. Shep is definitely the “go to guy” if your buying or selling. We knew our home sale was in good hands and Shep earned our deepest trust. So much so that we were in SE Asia the whole sale process and Shep was 100% communicative.
