I saw Dr Sheckleton for the 1st time & was very impressed. He listened closely to my symptoms & did a short exam then came up with a plan to move forward. His whole office staff was kind, friendly & helpful. We were able to schedule the procedure right then & follow up too. Very relaxed atmosphere. The wait time was very short both in the waiting room & once I went back to an exam room. Update: I had an endoscopy and that center was also wonderful from beginning to end. Worst experience with doctor’s office ever. I had gone last year and had a better experience. Office staff seems to have no respect for doctor and really no regard for patient. My first visit this year the staff was so loud chattering myself in room and my friend in the waiting room could hear them clearly. Also doctor wanted records from surgery hospital and said the wrong name and I was never contacted by staff to request records (had to sign). So I had records sent through hospital on my own.
