I'm sorry for your issues with your insurance, but I believe that everyone needs to know their own insurance. What it pays for or does not pay for. The front desk girls and nurses are not there to know EXACTLY what your ins will pay for. I hold no one responsible except myself in regards to my insurance. Don't blame the doctor.
