This practice is a scam. They're supposed to be there to treat back injuries, but they require that you make two visits in order to see an orthopedist. The first visit is a general physical exam, which has nothing to do with any back problems-- and for which, of course, they will bill the insurance company. The orthopedists won't see you without this "referral." They should not be permitted to conduct this type of practice. It is highly unethical.
