I am an investor and have hired multiple painters over the years. John will be the only painter I use from now on. He is meticulous and incredibly tidy. I hired him to paint a ceiling and he saw an adjacent wall that needed to be painted. He asked if he can paint that wall just so it would look better. I told him it would need to be sanded first.
