I am new to Hot Springs, Arkansas. My son was really sick. Upon looking for a doctor on my insurance's website, this clinic was the first several that came up. I called them as soon as they opened. The receptionist was short and rude with me. After I explained that I was new to the area,she barked at me, "we aren't talking new patients!" Then acted like talking to me was a waste of her time.
