I called John as a prospective customer building on our lot in the Silver Lakes Ranch community. Over the phone, he stated that for houses under 2200 sf, that “it was hard to put it in the mix.” What does that mean exactly? I was crushed, as my husband and I were excited to build, and since it’s just the two of us, under 2200 sf made sense. I’m glad we went with another builder (as it turned out, we are set to build 3200 sf!) I felt dismissed with the whole phone call. Did a good job building my house. I was especially impressed with the foundation, framing and electrical. Had a minor plumbing problem shortly after we moved in and John and the Contractors responded same day and fixed the problem for no charge.

John and his team have been wonderful to work with from day 1. Every question we had was thoroughly answered, and the building process was smooth and efficient.
