Did a good job building my house. I was especially impressed with the foundation, framing and electrical. Had a minor plumbing problem shortly after we moved in and John and the Contractors responded same day and fixed the problem for no charge.
John and his team have been wonderful to work with from day 1. Every question we had was thoroughly answered, and the building process was smooth and efficient. We built our garage apartment and will be starting our main home soon, and we are looking forward to working with John Schedcik Custom Homes again!
