I called John as a prospective customer building on our lot in the Silver Lakes Ranch community. Over the phone, he stated that for houses under 2200 sf, that “it was hard to put it in the mix.” What does that mean exactly? I was very disappointed with the condescending conversation, as my husband and I were excited to build, and since it’s just the two of us, under 2200 sf made sense. Had several homes built over the years and the experience with John Schedcik Custom Homes is by far the best. The patience with me in the beginning while I designed the layout (eleven revisions) was supportive. The sub contractors used for the build all told the same story, been working with John over 15 years and he treats them with respect.
