Called John about building a home in a community where he has built several homes, but he said "because it's under 2,200 sf, it's hard to put it in the mix." Exact words! I got the clear impression he did not want the job. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I guess he builds only 2,200 sf or bigger. Just my experience. 0/10
