My trans went in my Silverado. Sean immediately called to let me know time and what their protocol was for getting it diagnosed. He dealt with the warranty company and called me back the next day to give me my options. I informed him about an upcoming vacation and asked if he could possibly get it done in time for that. I purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra in May and the entire process was amazing. Highly recommend Elijah! Sadly 1 month later the truck was totaled. So yesterday I returned to John Sauder to purchase a Chevy Silverado. Elijah, Chris and Kaela all stayed late to make sure I could take the truck home last night. Top notch sales team!!!
