I just bought property through John Sandlin as a realtor. He was fantastic and I highly recommend him. Despite the fact that I was nervous and called often because I was purchasing from another state. I had many concerns including easement, access, miniral rights. He always took my call, was very kind and calm. answered all my questions and would call me back. The deal of course has closed and I am very happy with the purchase. I emailed this guy 7 times over a 20 day period for additional pictures/video and a plat map of a property as I was a cash buyer but was pretty much ignored. He did get the plat map but did nothing to get me pictures or a video to show the property as I am almost 900 miles away. I see after 48 days the house is pending. Wow.
