I thoroughly enjoy living here at John Sale Manor. I love my apartment and the beautiful view from my balcony. Melissa, the Property Manager, smoothly, professionally and efficiently runs this large community and is always very fair and helpful to the residents. The Maintenance Director, Nima, is also to be commended for the upkeep inside and outside of the building, the preventative maintenance and the timely turn around of service requests. The staff is helpful and friendly. Any issues have been addressed in a timely manor. I am happy with the service team who addresses issues in a timely manner.
I was visiting someone and saw cockroaches in the kitchen. Disgusting.
Nick is a good person also.like the conversations we have and he is good at his job as well....kudos nick
