I called to set up my first appointment with Dr John Thompson and Karen in the billing department was SO RUDE and could not tell me what would be covered under my medical Insurance plans. I was on with the office for 30 minutes and spoke with 5 different people and NOT ONE PERSON HELPED ME. ABSOLUTELY PITIFUL!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
