HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH! Mike and John (father and son) do not return, phone calls, texts, or emails. Their warranty on work includes ghosting you— you’ll never hear from them again. Tenant had drywall damage from their shoddy roof install and they promised to repair it — 4 mos later still not fixed! They then block you from communication Or provide the lamest excuses possible. Poor quality, poor/no responsiveness, poor service provided. After one year, still I have leaking…I have called a number of times regarding the leaks. At first they came out and claimed they couldn’t find a problem… Eventually they became non-responsive. I had another roofing company to come out Rainbow roofing and they found that the drains were not properly sealed causing continuous leaking throughout my home.
