Just had Johns Plumbing come to the house. Tenants were complaining that there wasn’t enough hot water when they took showers. However, this was a brand new hot water heater that was installed three months ago by Johns Plumbing. They sent Travis out to to diagnose the problem and as it turned out, there was no problem with jot water heater. The tenants were doing multiple loads of laundry a day on the hot cycle along with running the dishwasher so it was time for them to take a shower there was no hot water left.
