Carlos was fabulous! He had to give me a new part where the faucet fit … He measured it well including the depth. He has great instincts and is a very intelligent person who knows his business well He went to his showroom, came back in a few hrs and replaced my bathtub faucet and brought 2 samples he stocked and one fit perfectly. highly recommend him and John’s plumbing service.

Terrible service. My water filter's PVC pipe broke on a Sunday, and I called them simply to fix the pipe. Instead, the technician arrived and spent the time trying to upsell me on a $7,000 water system, only to declare they couldn't even fix my actual problem that day. I ultimately had another company repair it for free. Despite doing zero repair work, this company refused to refund my $125 service fee. Total scam.
