Staff, very busy, very serious, did not introduce themselves, made me feel like I was a burden. I know this doctor is very busy. But as a Retired Nurse, I expect to have the staff at least smile and say hello and introduce themselves.
Communication(s) were excellent. All explanations were complete and easy to understand. The whole teams bedside manner was wonderful, friendly and kind. Thank you all for a great outcome !
