The staff never returns your phone calls. I need to get a script and have left many messages ... terrible!!
Unprofessional, rude, and abysmal bedside manner. With such nonexistent social skills, Khoury has absolutely no business interacting personally with patients.
I don’t usually do this but he caused me so much stress I wanted to bring awareness to it. Recently, he told me to stop talking during my appointment along with misdiagnosing my condition a year ago and blamed me, saying I didn’t give him the proper information when I had someone with me at the previous appointment confirm that I did provide that information. Have been a patient for about 2 years. Have had issues with prescription refills. Due to Adderall shortage I was switched to a new medication and a follow up appointment was set. I was called two days before my appointment saying they no longer do a 9am and could only do 11am or 12:30pm which doesn't work for me. The next available appointment is August 25th at 9am.
