The title says it all, but Dr. Kellogg spent 1.5 hours with me on my very first visit. He didn't appear rushed, or try to rush me at all, which was such a welcomed change. He was kind, clear, and decisive. He listened, and explained so much to me about what was happening to me and how we could treat it. And then we acted. No time wasted. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Kellogg.
Dr. Kellogg is absent minded and poorly managed by his staff. First visit I waited 90m to be seen. Staff was apologetic and made it clear they were doing everything they could to keep Dr. Kellogg focused but it seems to be a very difficult task. Second visit I arrived and they were backed up without any free rooms available. An hour passed and I heard a staff member remind Dr. Kellogg in his office he had outstanding patients, much to his surprise.
