I had a very bad experience with John's Garage in Fairfield last year when my brake master cylinder was faulty, at the time I did not know this was the cause of the problem. I took it to them to have a look and to investigate. They did not investigate properly and but only diagnosed the problem as just needing to change the oil brake which was not the cause of the problem. They charged me $150 for something that was not the cause of the problem and was totally unnecessary and a waste of money just changing the oil brake. I b... read more
They overcharged me for a sump plug which they did not install for me, they were supposed to have just charged me for a small washer which was normally around $5.00 but ended up charging me $35.00 saying that they supplied me with a sump plug and washer when in fact it was just a washer that they installed for me. Thank goodness that I asked the advice of another mechanic nearby and that mechanic showed me what a sump plug look like and what a washer look like, that was when I was definitely confident that I saw them only in... read more
Been coming here since I got my XR6T and will never go elsewhere. Fast, quality service and really good pricing. Staff are all very friendly and John is humble, knowledgeable and super easy to deal with. I remain impressed every time and am super grateful to have a genuine mechanic working on my stuff. Will always recommend to anyone needing a reliable mechanic ☺️Thank you guys
