He really listens, then assess and he has multiple options of you to get your best adjustment. He listens to all your concerns and he is Literally the best chiropractor I have ever been to. It's not true that you need to go through pain to relieve pain...He has hands angel and is just as kind

Last year, we experienced a pretty major car accident. It left me not only injured but also dealing with significant weight gain from stress and lack of activity. As a dedicated runner and someone striving to resume workouts and train for half marathons, things were tough. We started with Caponio when he briefly opened up a Brentwood location. Since relocating back to Pleasant Hill, my family (children included) have continued with them and drive the 30-40 minutes to see him despite having many chiropractic options in our town. We’ve been to quite a few chiropractors, but Dr. C’s techniques are beyond any other place we’ve been to. Dr. Caponio has helped several members of my family. He is knowledgeable, kind, informative, and incredibly skilled. He takes the time to let you know what he is doing and to answer any questions or concerns. He and his staff are WONDERFUL!!!
