John Ryan is an amazing realtor! He had us out to see houses the same day that they were listed and could not have been more responsive or accommodating to our many, many requests. He always gave us his honest opinion, even steering us away from a few houses that were not good fits for us until we found the right one. My sister and I are the executors on a condo in Philadelphia. Neither of us live there. John handled the inspections, the work that was needed to get it on the market, and the sale. We never had to go into Philly. The selling price was higher than what a previous realtor thought possible. John was open to working with us and determine a price we were comfortable offering. Working with John to sell our aunt's condo was great. He listened to how we wanted to handle it and took care of everything in the way that we wanted. He checked back with us regularly and kept us informed about how things were unfolding. He made it easy. I would recommend him highly.
