John was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted. Very professional, was timely at all showings. Was very honest and direct about the pros and cons of each listing. He went out of his way to ease any concerns I had, even after I had already made an offer. On one such occasion during the home inspection phase, I shared a concern with John.
