Not Recommended! Worst contractor experience I've had in 40 years! They went way over budget and took twice as long to complete the job as promised. Most days the workers were on site about 5-6 hours a day. Then, for two weeks, in the middle of the project, nobody showed up. His allowances were tiny and then I was given a huge change order after the demolition phase.
