John is retired. His daughter Amy is actually running the business and she does not know what she is doing at all. The subs hired to work on my home came late or didn’t show at all. The work they did was awful. I have spent thousands hiring actual professionals to redo the subpar work they did. They guaranteed 45 days or less to install our manufactured home. When I parted ways with them they were “done” but a list of 20 not done items remained. This was 70 days later. I wish I could give zero stars.
John has put in 2 homes for us and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him.
Takes advantage of customers. Does not communicate. Will not return calls to his customers because he's too busy. Over charges for work and then wants the Home owner to take care of the work they have paid him to do. BEWARE.
