I just bought a car from John Roberts. The buying experience and service was fine. However, I was informed that the car was properly quality checked because, "John Roberts does not sell bad cars" Unfortunately, the moment I got home with the car and opened the glove compartment box - It fell to the floor! I had the best car buying experience of my life with John Roberts. Not only was the process quick and painless, the salesman, Rick Feulner, carefully explained about all the bells and whistles of my new 2013 Toyota Camry and patiently answered all my questions. He actually delivered it to my front door driving an hour from Manchester to my home in Hendersonville, TN! I would highly recommend this dealership.

My sales representative, Corey, was attentive and easy to communicate with. He made the entire process of purchasing my car very enjoyable. It has been a very long time since I bought a vehicle at a car lot due to the bad experiences I had in the past. My faith has been renewed and I will make future purchases from Mr. Corey. I bought my 2003 Toyota Camry new several years ago and sense then John Roberts has been exceptional with helping me maintain and care for the vehicle. The staff are exceptionally nice and always know me by name despite me just being 21 and when I needed a small part fixed, such as the clip to my sun visor , they offered to mail it to my apt in knoxville and call my cell with instructions instead of making me drive the three hours to them. Not only does John Roberts over price his vehicles but he uses scam techniques to sell. He does not stand by his word on auto satisfaction. He is misleading and out and out deceptive. I would NOT recommend John Roberts to road kill.
