My closing was April 28th, at Closing City in Orlando. Not only were Kristin and Cheryl a pleasure to work with, they saved me, AND the seller $$$$!!!! They are professionals, that schooled the BSH agent, AND Closing City! Thank you ladies for all you did to make this tiny home mine. I love it!

Our home was appraised for a refinance. We were called to set appointment for the appraisal. We were not present during process and were never called with any questions. After receiving copy, though we paid the $450, they would not talk to us since Mtg. CO requested appraisal. Issues: Stated no updates in the prior 15 years 1. 2015 upgrade 2 bathrooms with granite tops and new sinks and fixtures 2. 2015 upgrade flooring in master bed and office, repainted. 3. 2015 upgrade flooring in LR and Kitchen.
