The employees are fantastic.
I used to take my 2011 Silverado 3500 to another place in town for oil changes, but John Roberts charges 50% less than the other guy--it's 25 bucks if I bring in my own oil, plus they rotate my tires and will give the truck a general look over to make sure she's road worthy when I ask them to do so. She's got an appointment this week, and I'm pretty sure she'll need ball joints, and, I'm glad to be taking her to JRMWC. The guys are always kind, and I don't feel like they BS me. I'd recommend anyone take their truck to them.
So grateful for John Roberts Motor Works. Jeff is an amazing manager for the service department, his kindness goes above and beyond. And thank you to Josh and Brandi. They listen and take care of your needs. Feeling very blessed today.
