Jeff and the entire staff are awesome. Man I was nervous, but Jeff took care of me. He deserves more respect. I now rest assured when I need my vehicles serviced, I have no other option than to return to JRMW. Reliefe knowing my issue will get resolved the right way. While we all miss the GM dealership, I have to say that I will only get my vehicles serviced here. I have no confidence in the other mechanic shops in town. I have had so many bad experiences that it is too many to mention. The guys at JRMW are one thing. Upfront! John Roberts Motor Works was amazing in the aftermath of an accident I had while passing through Gunnison. They were prompt with getting an assessment to my insurance; they worked to try to find me a ride 60 miles away, and although they couldn't arrange it, they didn't have to go to the trouble that they, specifically Tim Green, did. Tim also removed all of the items from my vehicle when it was a declared a total loss and insurance claimed it, and I couldn't come back for my things because I was between vehicles.
