The one star is way to generous. I had an an anterior approach total left hip arthtoplasty on July 24, 2025 due to severe osteoarthritis of my bilateral hips. I was informed following the surgery that Dr. Riehl had perforated my femur during surgery. I was also informed that I was now strict non weight bearing for 6 weeks and would get an X-ray at that point. I have not received any information of what I might expect regarding recovery, outcomes, further testing. Will I be able to work in the future? I was actually informed ... read more
Update Sept 2024: seeing Dr Riehl again, this time for an ankle replacement. I totally trust him for my orthopedic needs! Highly recommend! Jan 2024 Dr Riehl repaired an open fracture on my wrist and did an excellent job! At follow up visit he was attentive and took the time to explain options and prognosis. Highly recommend!!!
