I was a patient there for 30 years from Pediatric.. It hasn't been the same since coronavirus, a lot of rushing and missing things. You'll spend an hour in the main room waiting, then go into your room to be seen by him or the physician's assistant and wait another half hour, just to be seen for 7, 8 minutes tops.. They send you to the wrong places, without double checking first. They call you for bills, that other family members owe.. Dr Robb is one of the best drs around His staff is another story. I was changing drs the office called and said when were you going to tell us I had an appt Jan 12 I was going to tell them so she took it upon herself to cancel my appt on the 12 Legally I the the rest of the month I could report them no reflection on Dr Robb Very rude on the girls
