Dr Reister was great. Good experience. Glad for his explanation. If surgery is needed in the future, would definitely trust in him and his expertise.
I spoke to a girl that answered the phone a week ago stating that the referral would not be accepted. The reason was because Dizziness was used and it is not treated by them. I told her to change the referral by : 1) removing the word dizziness ask to treat for TOS 2) ask to get a EMG that was a week ago and still has NOT been done! Today I phoned again and was sent to Taylor- on that recording it sez she only scheduled surgery and to NOT leave a message but to call office. As a patient this is ridicules! From Start to Finish Dr Reister and staff were spot on professional and thorough . Reverse Shoulder replacement wow ! That's was my first impression of such a procedure. Rest assured your in good hand with this team of professionals.
It was a very pleasant experience, the doctor was cordial and funny. He kept me going! I really enjoy being there. He was quick and concise with his presentation of it.
