Unfortunately our experience with Kurt Reid was extremely disappointing. Communication and helpfulness seemed to exist only while commission was on the line. Once the deal was done, the support and follow-through he promised completely disappeared. I understand it's a business but he left us feeling like clients only mattered when money was involved and therefore his original persona was all for show.
