Dr Pinkston is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to understand my husband's issues and explain the solutions it in a way that wr can easily understand. His staff is also competent and friendly.
I absolutely love Dr. Pinkston and the staff. Everyone is always extremely professional and kind. I’ve been into the office numerous times and have never had a negative experience. I always feel very comfortable and at peace. Other doctors in the past have given me the “run-around” when it comes to patient care but Dr. Pinkston is always very thorough and makes sure that I am fully satisfied with my care plan and that all of my health issues are resolved. Thank you all for being so wonderful!
Dr Pinkston is a one of a kind doctor that applies genuine care and hard to find service levels. However, their customer billing department is fraudulent and scammed me out of nearly $200 on a standard wellness check (should be included with primary insurance). I went in for my standard annual check up and got a bill for nearly $200 for what? Still not sure..They refused to adjust it after several calls and attempts to clear it up. They are NOT a patient advocate.
