He’s scared me, when we spoke face to face I felt he talked at me rather than to me, was like pushing a button and he began rambling C4 C5 I had to struggle to get a word in. He explained my surgery was 6 to 7 hours long and serious. I later researched that any surgery over 4 hours puts one at risk for infection and blood clots. I later found a surgeon who planned a different approach lasting only a hour. He appears to be good but I sud jest you get a second opinion. Dr. Ratliff is such a wonderful doctor. I felt so secure with him being the one operating on my spine.
