Another great experience with John R. Young! Randy went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted even though it wasn’t on their lot. Brought my vehicle in for service this week. The service dept. did a great job. As always, the service was excellent!
Went in for an oil change. Passing through from out of town and needed one bad. Went in by accident to sales. And Caleb guided me where I needed to be he was very polite. Service was great. Lyndsay was very helpful. I will definitely go in for my next vehicle to see Caleb.
I was very pleased with the work I had done on my car at John R. Young Chevrolet-GMC. They had to replace my front and back brake pads. They were very precise and did it in a timely manner.
Did repair work on my daughter’s car and the service was excellent. Even offered me a ride to work if I needed. Always excellent service!
