Did repair work on my daughter’s car and the service was excellent. Even offered me a ride to work if I needed. Always excellent service!
I was very pleased with the work I had done on my car at John R. Young Chevrolet-GMC. They had to replace my front and back brake pads. They were very precise and did it in a timely manner.
Went for an oil change and tech left oil in my hood, door handle and interior. No regard for customer vehicles. On top of that they are very expensive and add a 4% fee when paying with a credit card.
Went in for an oil change. Passing through from out of town and needed one bad. Went in by accident to sales. And Caleb guided me where I needed to be he was very polite. Service was great. Lyndsay was very helpful. I will definitely go in for my next vehicle to see Caleb.
Caroline in service is the best to deal with and cares about your needs. She has done this multiple times, down to transmission being change or just trying to help with warranty. She has help us out and kept us in the loop with our suv. Next car will be bought with them on her service alone. Thanks for going above and beyond to making us feel good about our car being with y'all service team.
