my wife and I hired Chad Phipps from JRW and we will never hire this company or him again. There are 100s of realtors in Naples, choose someone else. He promised to show us multiple homes - he only made time to show us 3 over 2.5 weeks. He did not listen to our requests and we felt he was very pushy and annoying regarding the phone contact. My wife also said she smelled vodka on his breath and said something was extremely “off” about him.
Not sure how this realtor has top reviews... I've called several times and left several messages over the past month seeking to use their services and they just never answer or return the call. Not very professional if you ask me.
Illegally uses an auto dialer to make unsolicited calls to numbers on the do not call list.
My husband and I wanted to move to Naples, FL until we met with our realtor, Chad Phipps. After almost being persuaded or pushed into our decision by a know-it-all (on everything, not just the market) and our agent 'forgetting" to mention certain aspects of the property, we decided to stay in North Carolina. Wow is everything expensive and different in Naples.
Kyle Suhr was a fantastic agent to work with for both securing an apartment with a fair lease, as well as throughout the process of looking for a home to purchase in Bonita Springs and support throughout the closing process! Kyle is easy to work with and extraordinarily knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate in this area. I would completely recommend him!
